Playa Palancar or Playa Uvas for snorkeling

would you recommend Playa Palancar or Playa Uvas for Snorkeling in a couple of weeks? I read where both have short tours 1-2 hours available, Uvas from the shore and Palancar with Dalia divers....I just wondered where the best snorkeling would be next week?
