Which cruise would you choose?

We don’t spend tons of time on the balcony, but it’s nice to have the option for all 3 of us to be out there at the same time. Balcony size is not a dealbreaker, though. The itineraries are kind of a wash to me... although the idea of tendering twice doesn’t thrill me. It would be very disappointing to miss GSC as we always enjoy private island days.

I’ve actually booked Epic, but I keep second guessing because of the weird cabin layout!

Don't have second thoughts. Either ship is nice and you will have a great time. My main reasons for choosing the Breakaway still would be the shower set up compared to the Epic and the itinerary, but if you can work out the shower situation everything will be just fine.

I think you made the right choice with the Epic. I've sailed both ships and both are nice but I'd give the Epic the edge.  I've been to almost all of the caribbean ports of call and Ocho Rios would be dead last on my list of those I'd like to visit again. Grand Cayman was nice.
