Mariner Cabin Location

Our first cruise (Mariner)is coming up soon:) Just got our cabin number and it looks like a good location to me. Near the aft elevators/stairs on deck 6. It appears we'll be only 1-3 quick flights of stairs to the promenade, dining rooms, lounges, casino, etc.

 

Only drawback I see from previous posts is we're not far behind the "hump", so we might not have a good balcony view forward?

 

I see the library on deck 7 will be close too. I think someone mentioned here once they have a limited supply of newspapers there in the morning?

We're getting ready to make reservations. Good information about the "bump". I would have never thought of that! Where did you get your information on the cabins? I have tried several searches and can't come up with a good guide!
