Gym on azura

Please can anyone help with gym opening times onboard the azura. We are sailing the Caribbean in November and I was planning to go up early 7ish to watch up dock while working out. I’ve never used a gym in the morning usually teatime so unsure if it’s even open then. 
also can anyone give me an idea about the classes that are available at a supplementary charge?

I’ve just checked the Horizon from my recent cruise on Azura & it states the following:-

 

Oasis Spa Gym

Open 24 hours

 

Resistance Machines, Weights & Treadmills 8am - 8pm

 

 

 They do advertise a free fab abs class at 7 am every morning.
