Handicap Taxi's

Does anyone know if there is a Handicap Taxi? My husband is in a wheelchair and he cant get out of it. Thanks in advance. We are wanting to take my little girl to the Coral World in St. Thomas.

There are a few taxi vans that can accommodate wheelchairs but it's best to reserve one because there aren't that many. There are also some accessible transportation options that are offered specifically for disabled. The companies and services change quite frequently so best to start looking about 2 weeks before your cruise to get a current service.
