Yes.

No, unless sailing out of a few ports (and sometimes on formal night).

Just off Explorer of the Seas Sunday.

Casinos love to take cash, but many take money from sea pass for a fee, I believe 5%. Crazy that you have to pay them to give you money to just give it back when you lose.

Entire casino was open with part smoke free, so you smelled smoke no matter where you sat. At least at a smoke free table you wouldn't have smoke blown directly at you. Cigars and pipes not allowed.

I was told on previous threads that table minimum was $15.

Not true on this voyage.

minimum on Black Jack tables were $5 single deck, $6 multiple deck the entire week.
