Best Meal?

I haven't cruised NCL in about 8 years, and I know  a lot has changed (No Lobster, no Prime rib, etc)

We have several nights at specialty restaurants, but I am interested in the meals in the no-cost restaurants.
What is the best meal on the menu?   Is it in one of the main dining rooms, or one of the free specialty restaurants?

Looking for recommendations here!
Thanks!

The breaded flounder in the MDR (or is it Haddock? I thought it was haddock on my cruises but menus I found online have it as flounder but let's be real, they're similar) with arugula, tomatoes and mustard remoulade was really good.  So good I've had it 3x over 2 cruises.  It's a "classic" so it's on the menu every night.

I must say though, the grilled salmon with creamed leeks in Cagney's was really good too.

Yeah, I'm partial to seafood.
