Question on RCCL Gift Cards

I have a Chase Travel Awards Visa. One of the awards levels allow me to redeem miles for $200 RCCL gift cards. Has anyone ever used these or had trouble using them? Can you combine these with the RCCL coupons in the Crown & Anchor magazine? Has anyone had any trouble getting discount cruise brokers to accept and apply them? I don't want to redeem these miles for this if this is one of those deals where once you get them you can't really use them.
