Hi:

First, if you can find your ship listed in the "Roll Call" section, you can chat with others going on this cruise. They will probably have information about shore excursions and such.

The Spirit is a unique and beautiful ship with an Asian theme. We cruised on her prior to the dry dock, and so we are not familiar with any changes which may have taken place. It seems they were few - just some tidying up and such.

I would recommend researching thoroughly, so that you will not be surprised by anything at all.

Be sure that you understand all about the Freestyle dining options, and the dress code. They are both explained in your brochure - which hopefully you have in your possession. Also, these topics are often discussed on these boards.

Ask every question which occurs to you. There are no dumb questions, and the members of CC are more than happy to help out all new cruisers.

Don't take the negative reviews and comments too seriously. You can find just as many positive ones to offset. They are all just opinions, and as such, are very subjective.

Go with a positive attitude, and you will surely have a wonderful cruise.

While on the Spirit, be sure to check out each and every deck, dining option, and all that is offered.

Have a wonderful vacation! Beware though - Cruising is Very Addictive.
