Coco Cay Beach Club cabanas

Has anyone rented one? Do you get to pick which one while on the ship or do you have to wait until you get to the island?

we did a floating cabana 2 weeks ago.. was amazing! we originally booked it for 1500 and had multiple price drops, we paid $1000 about 2 weeks before we left... the service, the food, the drinks, were spoiled and don't think we could stay in coco cay again with out the floating cabana.

Did you pick the cabana or was it assigned to you?

 

If you picked it, did you pick it before you arrived at Coco Cay or when you were at the beach?

was assigned.. they write your parties name on a chalkboard on it before you get there so im guessing planned out in advance..

we used to be able to pick the cabana ahead of time on the ship, last year we did that. i wonder if they changed it so there is no advance choosing of them.
