Secret deck Carnival Horizon staircase

Can you walk from Deck 6 to 7 using the outside staircase on the secrets decks. Were looking at booking 2 cabins (one cabin deck 6 forward and one cabin deck 7 forward). It would be great if we can get to each others cabins from the outside staircase.

I believe so. I know there's an outside stairwell from 5 up to six because we walked  past it. And I think there was one from 7 to the Bridge but not accessible for cruisers. 

You would still have to go inside to get to a cabin. So probably just as easy to take the forward stairs inside.

Yeah I used those steps on panorama talking bridge pics.Horizon should be the same.
