Am looking for a recommendation or company who does Stingray City and the Turtle Centre while in Grand Cayman.  Any suggestions on a company to use?  Thanks!

I would wait until much closer to your cruise to book something, to see what companies are still around by then. The lack of land and cruise tourists is causing hardships for the tour (and other) companies there, and some are closing permanently.

Agree with bookbabe. I do highly recommend Captain Marvin's tours for Stingray City/Snorkeling and they will add Turtle Farm for $30pp or you can customize your tour. They do not charge you until arrival, so it wouldn't hurt you to see what they are taking in terms of reservations these days.
