Anyone else still waiting for FCC?

I was booked on a transatlantic that was supposed to leave on April 18.  Silly me went ahead and cancelled on March 10 under Peace of Mind.  I had cancelled the spa and excursion prior to that and got the credit to the credit card.  The CruiseNext certs that I had used re-posted to my account almost immediately.  But I still don't have any of the FCC showing in my account.  I've called them twice and they keep saying "It's pending", but no hard date when it will post.

 

It seems that most folks have gotten their FCC.  Am I the only one still waiting?
