Manage my booking issue

Hey, 

 

I hope everybody is well. 
 

We have just booked our first cruise with Carnival for mid October next year.

 

When I try to reserve something (chefs table) on the manage my booking page, It doesn’t give me the option to add anything at all into my cart. I have tried to add different things, even the Cheers package. However the cart button remains greyed out. 
 

Have searched the forums and previous issues show the cart wouldn’t allow people to check out, However I couldn’t find anything for my specific issue. 
 

Wasn’t sure if it’s a case of Carnival blocking everything due to the Covid situation or if it’s an IT issue. 
 

Can anybody help?

More sites are using 3rd party sites/data streams for website functionality and ad-blockers can break this.

Tried this but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference.
