Some thoughts on cruise insurance pricing

Having overseas health coverage is great.  We have it with our Federal Retiree Blue Cross.

One thing to remember, even with coverage overseas, most doctors and hospitals require payment up front.  Also, medical evacuation is important insurance coverage to have.

I always purchase through my AmEx card medical coverage for our time overseas when we travel.  It is not expensive.
