GeoBlue still the recommended annual insurance plan post-Covid?

I loved GeoBlue Trekker Essential.

It was $100/yr for Medivac only. (my cruises are free because casino so no need to insure anything else.)

$100 for a year's worth of peace of mind.

 

I let it lapse in 2020 because Covid.

im going on a cruise on 8/27/2021.

 

Is GeoBlue still the recommended annual plan?

if not, what is the new recommended annual insurance plan?
