cruisin from florida Posted September 24, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 24, 2021 This got a bit complicated... We have had multiple price drops on our November 28th cruise, after final payment. We were given OBC for those. Now they have shifted final payment due dates to 30 days before cruising, and there was another price drop. The cost of a spacious ocean front balcony was lower than our original balcony cabin, and in fact was lower than any of the previous price drops on the balcony cabin. I called crown and anchor, and the very nice person booked us into a spacious balcony, updated our booking with the new price, and said that since we were not past the final payment date the price difference would be refunded to our credit card. I'm very happy with the solution. However, due to the complexity of the situation I want to track the credit card refund. Any idea when I should expect that to hit my account?
