Problem with onboard jewelry purchase

I purchased a necklace in one of the Majestic's shops on last weeks cruise.  I bought it on the last day and didn't notice that the chain latch doesn't work.  Does anyone know how to contact someone to seek help?  Thanks in advance.

I must admit, I’d take it to a local jeweller. For  a small fee it will be fixed in three days.  That versus phoning, being transferred 4 times, telling same story again, mailing at your cost, waiting, hoping it comes back…..Yada, yada , yada.  Thanks for the heads up to double check such purchases.
