I bought it on the last day and didn't notice that the chain latch doesn't work. Does anyone know how to contact someone to seek help? Thanks in advance. That versus phoning, being transferred 4 times, telling same story again, mailing at your cost, waiting, hoping it comes back…..Yada, yada , yada.
