Fantasy 3 day cruise questions

On a 3 day cruise is there an art auction? How formal is formal night? on a 4 day Fascination cruise that we did it was not as formal as the 7 day cruises we were on. We are going with 13 people ranging from 20 to 25 years old.
Since thre is no chapel, where do they hold the wedding ceremonies?

We were on the 4 day Fantasy cruise - Formal night ran the gamut from Khakis to beaded gowns - don't know about the weddings sorry.
