dfsti Posted October 30, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 30, 2021 Booked a Carnival 2022 cruise but need help with excursions. It's a Western Caribbean itinerary, with stops in Grand Cayman, Belize City, Mahogany Bay and Cozumel. We decided to go with those offered from Carnival, since Covid still has things a bit up in the air, and who know what next year will bring. For the excursions, we love beaches and snorkeling and - maybe dolphins or even something more adventurous? Is there even enough information out with the "new normal" to make a decision on excursions? In other words - reviews from 2 years ago probably won't be the same now, so do I just go with what looks good and hope for the best? I want this to be amazing so the family wants to keep cruising so am hoping to "wow" them!
CntPAcruiser Posted November 1, 2021 #2 Share Posted November 1, 2021 It doesn't sound like you'll have much choice but to go with what is on offer and hope for the best. One way to approach it would be to look at what activity has been most popular for each port and try that. With as much as has changed in the last couple of years, there probably won't be many recent reviews to go on, as you mention.
