Does anyone know if the Royal App can be used at the cruise terminal in Miami. It would be nice to do some reservations for events while eating to board.

It depends on the terminal (RCI uses more than one), ship (some have better reception outside the ship than others) and exact location within the terminal. You won't know till you try it.
