I have never sailed out of Tampa and have a couple of questions.  I live about 3 hours from Tampa, but my driver wants to plan extra time for traffic on I-4, etc.  If I arrive before my allotted time, is there somewhere inside to sit and wait till its my turn or do I have to stand outside?  Any hints you can offer would be most helpful.  Thank you in advance.
