Booked solo

Booked solo, paid double occupancy. DH has decided to cruise now.

Is it possible to add him to the booking without additional cost, besides tax and port fees.

Been trying to reach/call Carnival to find out with no avail.

Btw, this was a casino offer.

Just have to pay the tax and port fees.  We did this on the 12/19 sailing.  Just call your PVP or carnival and have him added on.

I was on hold for 50 minutes yesterday and got the worst customer service rep ever.  So far I've been on hold for an hour this morning.
