Transportation Insurance Policy - Medjet or Alternative Policies

I am looking for a policy that will provide transportation from a primary care medical policy back to my  and home hospital.  I do have a good medical and evacuation policy but my understanding that the evacuation is only to the "nearest appropriate medical facility".  If I want to get home after I have become medically stabilized I have to pay for it myself or carry another policy such as MedJet.  The policies that I have found are MedJet, Global Rescue and Ripcord.  Have I missed any other options.  Any thoughts as to the pluses or minuses of the ones that I have listed.

I should add that I have reached the magic age of 80+ so all my options will be expensive.  I will also add that I have 2 preexisting conditions which have been under control for a number of years - cancer and type 2 diabetes and can get statements from my physicians attesting to the fact that they are under control.
