Missing Cruise Planner Order

I had some Cruise Planner items that I purchased on Black Friday get mysteriously cancelled and "refunded" for one person on my reservation.  RC said it was a glitch and placed a new order to replace the items and charged my credit card.  The credit has not shown up on my credit card yet but the charges showed up instantly.  The order doesn't show up in my Cruise Planner either.  RC said it could "take a while" but in the past, orders would show up in the Cruise Planner immediately.  I do have an email confirmation for the order.  I don't think it's right that I need to wait for a credit to my credit card for a mistake made by RC either.
