Drinks/wine are extra on UDP.   But Prosecco is available.

Wines are discounted on the Ultimate Dining Package, and a D, D+, or Pin voucher can be used on any drink under $13 including wines in any dining venue (except Wonderland?). We have had bottles of Prosecco delivered to our stateroom, so it should be available in any one of the dining venues.
