Seeing my cruise costs

Recommended Posts

Is there any way of seeing a breakdown (or any financials) on a booked cruise after final payment?

Most cruise lines at least email me with a breakdown of cost of the room, taxes, etc.  RCL doesn't seem to do that.  I could see it while I still owned money, but once I made final payment, that screen has disappeared.

You have to call.

It used to be that you could do it completely automated

866-562-7625; opt 4, then 2, then 1. Maybe say "Confirmation", and in about 1 minute, you'll have an email.

But last time I did this, and there's been other reports here, there seems to be some issue where it wants an "agency Number", in which case you have to hold for a rep and ask them to email it. Not sure if that's fixed yet, or if it happens randomly. YMMV.

just a suggestion folks but before I hit the button to apply a deposit to a new booking, I do a screen print and copy paste to a word document what is showing on the screen with all the things listed.

Keep in a folder on the computer with your trip details.   I would say about 20% of the time I do not get a pdf but when I call back to add transfers or protection, I ask for a PDF and it will come then.

That "guest copy" used to come automatically when you made a reservation, made any changes to a reservation, or made any payment.  It drives me a bit nuts that it no longer does.
