Does anyone know how the OBC through the Carnival M/C is and when applied?

If you redeem the OBC on the credit card site you will receive a notice in your stateroom sometime on the first day that your board. I have had it there when I went to the room one time and late the first night another time. It is a refundable OBC. You can also use the points to pay your carnival expenses on your card when you return. We do this because if you secure your sail and sign card with it, anything left will get charged to your account and you get double points. The you can use the points to pay on your account.
