Mahogany Bay Access

We haven’t been to Mahogany Bay in a few years. Do they have any other access to the beach except the Magical Flying Beach Chair? 
My husband cannot walk up the hill to the stores. There’s no way he can walk up the hill from the beach. He uses a cane and has heart issues. He definitely will not ride the Magical Flying Beach Chair. 
It would be great if they ran a golf cart to transport passengers.
