George Town Kayaking?

Hello, we will be stopping here on our Carnival cruise next weekend and are looking for recommendations for kayaking. I have only been able to find nighttime excursions and our ship will only be in port 8a-3p.

Most (if not all) of the kayak excursions are to see the mangroves (daytime) and/or bioluminescence (nighttime) and happen fairly far outside of George Town.
