Proof of recovery

We are sailing with MSC Seashore the 30th of april. Our family have had covid-19 for a month ago, and I know several other cruise companies have a policy about guests who have had covid within the last 90 days. If they bring a recovery letter from a doctor who states that they are fully recovered and ready to travel, they wond need to take the pre cruise test. I dont find anything about this regard MSC. Anyone who know about this?

Second, is unvacinated children allowed to go of the ship now without a prebooked MSC trip?

Proof of Recovery is not accepted by MSC. And per their website: Guests who have unvaccinated children in their traveling party, will need to go ashore with an MSC Excursion (excluding Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, our exclusive private island) to discover in a protected excursion. However, this might possibly change starting on the 23rd when everyone age 5 and over must be vaccinated.

As far as I have found on The MSc website , it currently mentions no such info anymore related to ship excursions.

People with a recovery certificate can board and leave the ship at ANY port, by respecting the rules of that specific country...for EU countries there is NO restriction of entry based on vaccination or recovery. (Max 6 months upon infection)

Thus a recovery certificate equals a valid vaccination.

There is still a requirement to provide a valid negative COVID test before boarding
