Stopping in MB and want something low key.  Maybe a tour of the city, nice lunch, go to a grocery store, etc.  Anyone have contact information for a guide?

Yes!  Knowjamaica.com.   I was on Glory last week and we stopped at Montego Bay.   We really didn't know what we wanted to do,  but had used Marva Shaw with Knowjamaica.com years ago in Ocho Rios.   This time we had Javia and he was great.   He knew the weather forecast so had us go to Dr Cave Beach then Margaritaville.   Next we took a tour of MB.  It was great.   He showed us all areas of MB.  You saw how the rich and poor lived.   He brought you up to date on local areas.  The tour could be anything you want it to be, or have him suggest.
