jetta8300 Posted April 21, 2022 #1 Share Posted April 21, 2022 I have tried to find info on individual port's vaccine and entry requirements, and i'm not finding much. Royal's website doesn't seem to be much help either, only that they will give you the rules AFTER you book. My husband and I are both vaccinated, our 9 year old son is not. We are looking at hopefully getting back to cruising in August, and we are looking at a 6 night that stops in Labadee, Perfect Day Coco Cay, and Falmouth. I have seen conflicting information about vaccine requirements in the bahamas, and some travel agent websites say that ALL "eligible" passengers must be vaccinated to go to the Bahamas, including Coco Cay. Bahamas Requires COVID-19 Vaccine For All Eligible Passengers, Causing Cruise Lines To Change Rules (cruisecritic.com) I can't tell if the wording is unclear, or if my son will have to be vaccinated for a bahamas cruise. Not understanding the logic behind this since any unvaccinated person can fly right into the bahamas, as long as they have a negative covid test. Is there any website someone could also point me towards that will show updated protocols per port? thanks! We miss cruising so much.

RCI's site provides rules at of this moment. They cannot predict what rules will be in place at the time of your intended sailing. They will UPDATE you on the rules closer to your sailing if there are any changes to protocols. RCI does not require vaccines for kids under 12 at this time, even in the Bahamas. My 10 yo had a great time in Cococay. He is vaccinated now, but was yet not vaccinated during our cruise. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/the-healthy-sail-center?icid=hlthys_wrnssn_hlt_nbrdxp_pghdr_3467 https://www.royalcaribbean.com/the-healthy-sail-center/getting-ready-to-cruise choose the port you are sailing from to see all current protocols

And thank you, Under your one link there was a "going ashore" section that seemed to answer all of my questions for the time being. For some reason this link was not easy to find from the main page. It's only in the FAQ section under "going ashore". But thanks
