Havana Cabana on Mardi Gras

Looking at video reviews on these cabins and wondering if anyone can tell me whether there is any sun on the patios.  They look like they aren't very sunny.  As well, is there a preferred side, port or starboard?

We were recently in Havana Cabana 8260 and yes, at times the sun got so bright/hot, we'd go out to the cabana deck on the other side of the ship to get a break from the heat/find some shade.
