Are the spa showers free to use on the Valor? How about the gym?

I was on her last month (well, April 28-May 2).

As stated above, they are available for use (free).

Having said that, during my sailing, the dry sauna was available the entire time, but the wet sauna was out of service at least twice during my 4 day trip. (Showers were of course available...)
