We are on a 3-day Bahamas cruise in June on the Sky.  We understand the requirement for a negative COVID (PCR or antigen) test within 2 days of boarding, but will we need a negative COVID test to re-enter US at Miami after cruise?

No. Cruise ship passengers entering the US do not have to be tested. Testing is only a requirement for those entering the US by air.
