Have it all dining reservation. Charged on my Credit card?

Got the freebee  special dinner as part of Have it All.  Upon checking my m/ c today I see I was charged for the extra cost of the excursions I chose as well as the 2 person total for the “ included” dinner at Pinnicle.  The date and time of this dinner show on my booking. How  do I get a refund for this Included cost for the meal?  Obviously an error.

Call HAL, you may have to call Tuesday as many of the more specialist folks will be off tomorrow. If you call they can probably fix it then and there. If you try to fix in online, it might take longer. 

 

We made 3 dining ressies at once and marked via the check box the Pinnacle dinner as our freebie and it wasn't charged while the Rudi's and Tamarind were. Also, we bought 2 excursions at once and the total benefit of $100 pp was simply deducted from the total for both excursions. It was so amazingly easy I did a double take. HAL's websites interactions are normally not that easy button. I welcome that change with a full and happy heart.
