Seattle Port service

Sorry I can’t remember the exact name but the service that Seattle does where they take the luggage from the ship is my question. We have two free bags with Delta but one we will need to pay for. Does anyone know how that might work and how to do it!

Normally your cruise line will have a form for you to fill out to sign up.  This allows you to pay airline fees with your cruise account if needed or bypass them when not.
