Disembarkation Time/Arranging PrivateTransfer

If we pull into the Civitavecchia Port on July 9th at 5:00 am, what time does disembarkation begin?  I'm trying to arrange transportation to Rome.  Thanks.

Normally it will take a few hours for the ship to get cleared and have all their paperwork in order before guests can depart. So my guess would be 7am walk offs would be allowed to leave

I would go to a roll call currently on a cruise and ask those who have recently stopped at Civitavecchia.  Same ship if possible.
