Jewel of the Seas just announced Oslo as an addition to their Norway cruise. Just the port schedule and we will dock at FILIPSTAD which I realize is not as central to city center. Can anyone help with transportation from the port to city center? We will like to buy our OSLO PASS first before starting our sightseeing. Not sure if Royal will offer bus to get us out of the dock area. If it does and we are out of the dock area how do we get to the visitor center to get the pass? Any hotels near buy that sell the pass? Thanks for any help! Just trying to figure this out since we were just told about this change! I like to be prepared. We know that we want the pass and want to do the sculpture park and the museums on the peninsula and then head to city center. Hope someone can help!

If the Android/Iphone-version is not for you it looks like Thon Hotel Vika Atrium would be the sales point nearest Filipstad, but as the web page says, availability is not always guaranteed. Some hundred meters, maybe a kilometer, depending on where you need to walk to exit the dock area.

In the past (with ports located similar to Oslo) RCI has provided a round trip shuttle to the city center.
