Other than perhaps getting you into the Beach Club if it is sold out, there really isn't much the Genie can help with, at PDCC.  They have no control over cabanas (unlike they do at Labadee).  Maybe they would be able to snag a cabana for you if one happens to become available (if they had previously been sold out) but there really isn't much that the Genie can do on PDCC.

Next step, research Beach Club. 

 

We are cancelling our NCL Haven cruise in favor of this.  We'll rebook Celebrity at a lower cost for the time we were going to be gone on NCL Haven- balcony cabins work just fine for us there.
