Iron in cabin?

No judgement.  Just wondering if cabins have an iron?  I know, I know— it’s vacay!!!

No irons in the cabins.  Some ships have irons available in the laundry rooms, but they’re not allowed in cabins.

Not in the cabin. But, most decks have a self-service laundry room with irons in them. 

Carnival Celebration is the only ship with a no iron policy

If you have few things that you really want ironed, you can send then out for “iron only.”  They charge per piece, but it’s less than if you had them washed and ironed.

Just a note (the above posters are correct) ... you cannot take the iron back to your room and you cannot bring on your own iron or steamer.  I usually bring a really good wrinkle release spray and it does the trick.

 

You're on vacation.  You will likely never see these people again in your life, why would you care what they think about a few wrinkles 🙂

The Excel Class ships (Mardi Gras, Celebration, Jubilee) don't have self-service laundry rooms.  They do have ironing rooms though.  They are on several decks.  I used the one on deck 5 when I was on the Mardi Gras back in February.
