We've cruised out of Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and now Port Canaveral.

We had the easiest embarkation/ debarkation at Port Canaveral....by far.

The whole process-by the port and by Carnival was very efficient and organized.

I agree and parking at the Port helped to make it a very good experience.  I enjoyed my 4 day cruise on Carnival Liberty.

Did you go out of terminal 3? if so, how difficult was it dropping off your luggage and family and getting into the garage?

No.  I sailed from either Terminal 5 or 6.  There was no issue there with dropping off luggage and parking.  If Terminal 3 is their newest one built for the Mardi Gras, I would expect the design of the dropping off of luggage and parking would have been as equally well planned as it was for where I parked.
