Looking to book first HAL cruise on Eurodam. Any recs for best deck?

Looking for standard verandah.  Was thinking about getting one of the four extra long balconies on deck 4. But that adds 400 and I dummy know if we like the deck for that premium.  

  I like being in the front up high.  

  Looking at 8001 as a possibility.  

  Any decks or areas to avoid?

Looks like a quiet location, near the bridge and under the spa.

Talk to your travel agent about booking the cheapest possible Verandah cabin and then immediately purchasing the Club Orange package (for about $15 to $25 per person per day depending).  This will let you pick ANY available Verandah cabin as a free upgrade!  Can be less expensive to do it this way.
