Thinking of booking Pacific Star ...

Hi, I'm thinking of booking the Seabreeze Lullaby cruise in July on the Pacific Star. I would be going on my own and am in my mid 40's. I would also book my own cabin. Are there any other ladies out there that have been on their own ... would you recommend it or would I feel a bit of a spare part?

Welcome chlo, on our last cruise we met lots of people that were on their own and they had a ball. It's surprising how many do travel on their own. From memory they had on the Sky a get together so all those travelling on their own met other likeminded travellers. They all had a great time. Of course you'll mett up with other cruisers that are with mates or partners.

 

You definately won't feel like a "spare part". You will have a ball.

I'm going with a mate on my next cruise, but, if I wasn't, I would much rather spend the extra and have the cabin to myself. I hate sharing with strangers. I have no problems going by myself, but then again, I'm a guy :) but I don't think it would make any difference, guy or gal.

Well, I did 'mention' it to a few people - who either have kids; are going skiing or are broke - so no takers. No problem - sounds like I'll have fun regardless.
