Make sure you let whoever you booked with know of his intolerance. Besides having l/f milk if he has to be dairy free in food that is a whole different issue which will involve preordering in the MDR or verifying with someone what he can have at the buffets. We found HAL to be very good with wife's requirement to be d/f but the desserts were mostly fruit plates and a few sorbets. Shore excursions were a huge challenge.
