Has anyone got around the "no name change after final payment"?

My daughter may not be able to go next month. I called and asked if there was any way my sister could go instead. They said no - it would be considered a cancellation and I would lose my money. Has anyone been successful doing this and how?

Just have your sister go as your daughter. Chances are they look similar.

We did it two weeks before the cruise back in 2017.  Our son-in-law couldn't go as he just changed jobs and we substituted DH's sister.  No issues at all.
