Country lists Italy HELP

I’m doing my web check in and my country is listed as Italy instead of the United States. I really don’t want to call MSC. I know it wasn’t my mistake. It shows up in my account information too. It is not correcting when entering zip code. I can’t print my documents either 19 days to go.  So do I have to call them to get them to fix it because I can’t at this and I’ve tried. Has anyone else had this problem? Always something.

Maybe use the address of your hotel in Italy. MSC is surely not going to send you a gift or postcard or anything.

By any chance did  you book through their Italian website?

Not at all. Just an educated guess (and experience on some other line).
