Excursion discounts

I booked some Princess excursions for our Regal cruise next month.  Since we’re Elite, we should get a 10% discount, but we were charged full price.

 

Anyone have experience with this?   Who’s the best person to talk to?  I’d like to get $$ back , not OBC….

The 10% discount will show up in your folio on the ship.  I do not know if you can take the discount back in cash.

We just got off the Caribbean Princess on Monday and I can confirm that the Elite discount of 10% off Shore Excursions was posted in our on board folio/account when we boarded. We didn't have to do anything - it automatically showed up as well as a 10% discount on some photos that we purchased.
