Difference between Guaranteed Verandah rooms

Hi,

We are looking to book our first Disney Cruise (Dream 11/17/2022).  When looking to book there are these two options for Guaranteed Verandah Rooms:

 

Guaranteed Verandah Stateroom with Restrictions

 

and

 

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah-Guaranteed

 

There is only a $17 difference between the two.  Is there a benefit of one over the other?

Both will guarantee a minimum verandah room on the ship (slight chance of a possible upgrade). Your cabin will be assigned about 2 weeks or so before sailing. The Restricted option is non refundable and no changes can be made (cannot change passengers, cannot change rooms if you don’t like what you get, can’t cancel). The Guaranteed option is a bit more flexible an usually higher in cost. With just a $17 difference, I’d go with Guaranteed over Restricted.
